OMEGA

OMEGA

Through the generous sponsorship of Five Star Senior Living, the MIT AgeLab organizes OMEGA, an initiative designed to foster multigenerational connections between high school students and older adults. The goal of OMEGA is to strengthen relationships and promote connections across generations. OMEGA convenes student summits each year in an effort to encourage students to connect across generations, brainstorm and share programming ideas, and plan intergenerational activities. The OMEGA Summit is also an ideal time to learn about the OMEGA scholarship application process and eligibility requirements. Students in grades 9-12 are invited to participate in the summits.

Applications for the 2020 OMEGA scholarship are now open. High school juniors and seniors in the United States who have organized intergenerational programs in their communities are encouraged to apply. Learn more here.
