Joe Coughlin keynotes n4a and releases well-being report

On Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Joe Coughlin keynoted the 40th National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) Conference with Joy Powell, President, Healthways Senior Solutions Division. Their talk, Living Longer, Living Better: Measuring Well-Being in Older Americans, presented data from the newly released report State Well-Being Rankings for Older Americans and highlighted difference dimensions of well-being.

Joe Coughlin speaks at White House Conference on Aging

On Monday, July 13th, 2015, Joe Coughlin was invited to present at the White House Conference on Aging, marking the 50th anniversary of the Older Americans Act and Medicare. The event held in the White House East Room featured remarks by President Obama to the gathering of leaders in aging across the United States. Topics included financial security, caregiving, housing, nutrition, technology and innovation. Joe Coughlin spoke as part of an armchair panel titled “Innovations in Aging” chaired by JD Patil, the U.S.
