The New Worry For Life After Work: Preparing For Retirement FOMO

We know that FOMO, or the fear of missing out, plagues those who spend a lot of time consuming social media, particular among the younger cohort. But might a different kind of FOMO plague the older generations as well -- a fear of missing out in retirement? Exiting the workforce means stepping away from a certain kind of productive life, and all "the energy, the action, the people" that goes along with it.
