AgeLab Director Joseph Coughlin writes in Wall Street Journal MarketWatch that while most aging baby boomers have made longer work their number one retirement strategy, it may not be that easy. The AgeLab's research on well-being after 50 as well as its growing agenda on the multigenerational workplace suggests that retirement planning that includes a longer work life demands that individuals, families and financial advisors ask:

1) Am I fit?
2) Am I flexible? and,
3) Am I current?
