On December 13, the MIT AgeLab temporarily relocated to the 9th floor of MIT’s building E90, located at 1 Main Street, Cambridge, MA, 02142. The Lab will remain in this temporary space for about a year while the AgeLab's permanent space at 1 Amherst Street undergoes extensive renovations.
Some AgeLab activities will be disrupted by the move. For example, the Volkswagen Bug that encompasses the Miss Daisy driving simulator cannot be brought to 1 Main Street. A simpler version of the simulator has been installed to support ongoing research in the new space. Other research tools such as AGNES also have been transferred.
The new mailing address of the AgeLab is:
1 Main Street, Bldg E90-Room
Cambridge, MA, 02142
All telephone numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same.
