FRAMES

Building on research that has proven a propensity for people to think in terms of metaphors and mental models, we conducted an exploratory study to gain insight into how consumers frame their idea of retirement. We are replacing the tired question, “What’s your number?” with play and imagery, a novel and engaging method for understanding the thought processes behind ranking and making life’s big decisions.
